Healthy Fruit Dip Recipe

Light & Fluffy Fruit Dip

Summer’s here! And we know we will all attend family bbqs, picnics and parties. One great idea for a food to bring is Bri’s light and fluffy fruit dip. This goes great with apples, bananas, oranges, blueberries and all other fruits! It’s a simple recipe that you can make with just a few items:

  • Greek yogurt (try full fat plain Greek Yogurt – it’s a great, healthy source of fat!)
  • Almond butter
  • Cinnamon
  • Strawberries, raspberries, apples and any other types of fruit that are good for dipping!

Serving sizes for this will vary, depending on the amount that you need. For every cup of Greek yogurt, add 1/3 cup of almond butter. So, if you wanted a bigger serving of dip and did 2 cups of Greek yogurt, add ½ cup almond butter .

Directions: Mix these ingredients together until the dip is light and fluffy. This is great for outdoor parties – but remember, you’ll want to keep the dip cool until you use it. Sprinkle cinnamon on top if you want, or add some strawberries (so it looks pretty). If you want the dip to have a little extra, consider adding crushed walnuts, almonds or cashews. If you want a sweeter dip, try adding stevia. Experiment and make it how you want!

  1. Ok I’m definitely giving this a try! I eat plain greek yogurt mixed with berries all the time, the thought of adding almond butter and cinnamon and making it a dip… Yum!

  2. I discovered another good recipe (for veggies/fish/meat): try greek yogurt, blended garbanzo beans, basil and garlic. it’s delicious – and you wouldn’t suspect it!
