Thxs for doing that:-)! I found you on twitter thru a friend who is hard core into working out and saw that you seem to have quite the program in place back in Minnesota. Sadly no moves that direction in my near future but would love seeing if you come up with anything. The only ones I have found here work with specific gyms and I would much rather get someone who can help me step things up both in the gym and out. This is my year to push my own limits and see what i can do:). Have an awesome day and thanks again:-)))!!!
