No Excuses Workout

Everyone makes excuses for not making fitness a priority. But there are a few big excuses that come up again and again that keep people from exercising. Not knowing what to do, not having time, and not having a gym membership are some of the biggest excuses you need to stop making. I mean it. Stop it!

You can get an amazing workout at home, with no equipment, no gym membership, for free, in as little as 20 minutes.

Here is a perfect example of a “no excuses workout”  you can do anywhere. 

  • 45 sec Squat Jumps, 20 sec Rest
  • 45 sec Push-ups, 20 sec Rest
  • 45 sec Lunges, 20 sec Rest
  • 45 sec Plank, 100 sec Rest
  • Repeat 3 times. 

That’s it! I recently did a circuit very similar to this with new client who proclaimed it “a harder workout than an hour at the gym.” Stop making excuses and start making your life better through exercise.
